Following on the Reflection Day held in Callan in March 2017 with Deirdre Ní Chinnéide, the Province Spirituality Group is arranging another Reflection Day in Emmaus on Saturday, May 26th. The day will begin with the first session at 10.00am and conclude at 4.00pm. The cost will be €25 per person, payable on the day. Coffee break will be around 11.00am, and lunch will be provided. Coffee for those travelling from outside Dublin will be available from 9.30am onwards.
The day will provide an opportunity to reflect on the Edmund Rice Vision alive in the European Province today, and to ponder the part we are called to play in nurturing this vision. The process will involve listening and contemplative conversation in a guided but gentle fashion, in small groups. Please feel free to invite others to this meeting e.g. members of the Edmund Rice Network, family, friends etc.
We would normally have our Family Day in Callan around this time but Members of Timiri are invited to attend this day in Emmaus instead. We would encourage you to attend, to reflect and join the conversation in how we as a group can contribute in nurturing the Edmund Rice Vision today. Timiri are part of the Edmund Rice Network and through our prayer meetings, our gatherings and our website we play our part in promoting the vision of Edmund Rice today.
We need to know the numbers in advance, as lunch has to be ordered. Contact Br. Jim Donovan at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 086 3627008 by Friday, May 18th at the latest.
