To celebrate the launch of the New Emmaus 2015 Programme, Emmaus will open its doors to the general public for their Annual Open Day which will take place from 2 pm to 5 pm, 8th February 2015.
This complimentary event will offer visitors an opportunity to experience and enjoy some of what Emmaus has to offer. It’s the perfect opportunity to revisit a place that you might remember visiting when you were in school, when you went there for a school retreat or this could be your first time at Emmaus. For those first – time visitors you will be surprised to be introduced to a place that is only 30 minutes from Dublin City Centre but is a haven of relaxation with a focus on meeting the needs of a wide audience who strives to be more engaged in their lives and who wants to improve their physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Taster sessions from some of the venue’s most popular facilitators will be delivered at the modern retreat and conference centre. The open day will be a fun-filled and informative occasion for anyone who is interested in learning a new skill, meeting like-minded people or attending a course or workshop that will help change their lives in an empowering and positive way.
Refreshments will be served, there will be a free attendance draw, exclusive discounts to future Emmaus events and there will be preferential booking available to some of the more popular, high demand Emmaus events for those in attendance.
Some of the highlights of the open day’s schedule will be Focusing Prayer and Guided Meditation Sessions, also available will be arts and crafts and colour analysis and style advice for effective dressing. There will be more spirituality focused sessions (delivered by some of the Emmaus team) which appeal to those who are on a more specific spiritual journey.
For those interested in attending this unique and complimentary experience simply RSVP by February 7th.
